I am going to take a little break starting April 15 to get ready to introduce my next angel in June.

I'll be back in 2015, but please still use any of my website for resources or contact me with general questions. I do have a back up partner I'm working with, contact me and I can get you her information as she is currently taking clients.

My services include:

• A consultation over the phone or in person
• 1-2 prenatal visits
• As many phone calls as needed to help you through your questions
• On call 2 weeks prior to and 2 weeks after your due date
• Being with you during the entirety of labor
• Being with you 1-2 hours postnatally
• One postnatal visit at your home
• The use of Young Living Essential Oils, if desired
• Help with baby wearing, if desired
• References available upon request

My Fee is a flat rate of $500

I believe strongly that my Athletic Training background (past and current) has helped my doula practice immensely. I understand the body, the medical world and have just been trained to be professional. I am not specifically trained as a massage therapist, but I do use massage in Athletic Training and therefore can help comfort you in this way during labor as well.

A doula should be someone you feel comfortable with, trust and want to be there when you're in labor; so take your time meeting with people and find the best fit for you!
